This study seeks to reveal the extent to which the libraries of accredited Cairo University faculties have applied the principle of "continuous improvement" by analyzing and comparing the status of the libraries of accredited faculties of Cairo University before and after obtaining academic accreditation. The study was conducted on a sample of (10) libraries, all belonging to Cairo University, which are the libraries of faculties that obtained academic accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance of Education and Accreditation until the 2014/2015 academic year. These faculties are: (Pharmacy - Economics and Political Science - Human Medicine - Nursing - Agriculture - Oral and Dental Medicine - Veterinary Medicine - Physiotherapy - Science - Regional and Urban Planning). The study was based on the field approach Field visits and direct observation of libraries to test the extent to which the standards and indicators of the library model are applied. - Personal interviews with the directors of libraries "the study community" and their employees, and personal interviews were conducted with the beneficiaries of library services to fill out the library form. Examination of the documents and evidence of the libraries of the study community, such as the register of books and scientific periodicals, and the register of visitors to the library.
