The research tools were an achievement test for scientific concepts. The research sample consisted of 30 students who were divided into two groups, each group containing 15 students. The first group studied using the sign alphabet in electronic courses, and the second group studied using electronic courses only. The SPSS program was used to test the research hypotheses. The results of the research concluded: There is a positive impact when using sign language alphabet in electronic courses for the first-grade group in developing scientific concepts compared to the group that followed electronic courses only. The research also recommended the necessity of using sign language alphabet when designing electronic environments for educational content provided to the deaf
