Abstract

The study aims to explore the requirements of using automated conversational techniques in the areas of religious knowledge management in the Egyptian Advisory House in the light of the dimensions of religious knowledge management, the extent to which the techniques of automated conversations relate to the area of religious knowledge management and clarify the constraints regarding the use of automated conversational techniques in the areas of religious knowledge management, Guidance on the use of automated conversational techniques in the areas of religious knowledge management, given the nature of the current study and to achieve its objectives was relied upon "Case study curriculum" as the most appropriate curriculum for this type of study. The main findings of the study include: Limited awareness of the characteristics and advantages of automated conversations techniques. The indicators are 23.71%. This shows the impact of scientific disciplines on the level of awareness regarding artificial intelligence technologies and areas of utilization. The study also shows the high degree of interest in the readiness of infrastructure and technology for applications in the areas of knowledge management from the viewpoint of the Egyptian Advisory House employees. (69.83% 25.43%) This shows the extent of interest and orientation of the Advisory House's management towards upgrading the work system and technical development. The main recommendations of the study include: The need to develop professional and training aspects related to the use of modern techniques in the field of advisory and qualification of cadres working in the field of electronic advisory opinion.
